*5:30 p.m. All Levels at McAllister Center is canceled for this session

7:15 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Yoga for Better Balance at Yoga Balance/Morton Center

Friday – 12:00 p.m. – 1:15 p.m. Slow Flow at Yoga Balance

Saturday – 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Yoga Basics (focus on standing/balance) at Community
