This week we’ll be focusing on poses to ease back pain. Here’s where and when:

Monday 7:15 p.m. – Yin Yoga at Community Yoga

Wednesday* 9:30 a.m. – Classic Yoga at Community

7:15 p.m. – Restorative Yoga at Community

Thursday 5:45 p.m. – Classic Yoga at Community

7:15 p.m. – Yoga for Better Balance at Yoga Balance/Morton Community Center

Friday 12 p.m. – Slow Flow Yoga at Yoga Balance

*5:30 p.m. All Levels at McAllister Center is canceled for this session
