Baby, it’s cold outside (at least here in the American Midwest). What better way to ward off the cold than to cuddle up with you favorite person, pet, or, well, just you?
Cuddling up has a number of benefits that can improve our health, including:
- reduced stress and anxiety,
- enhanced bonding, and
- better sleep.
Cuddling is so important and popular that some folks will pay for it, and there’s at least one cuddle marathon in the U.S.
So, go ahead. Grab your favorite person, pet, or book* and get all cuddly. It’s good for you!
