National Walking Day/Move More in April

086The first Wednesday in April has traditionally been the American Heart Association‘s National Walking Day. Now expanded to Move More in April, this is a great time of year to add more movement into your life. Whether already active or just getting started, why not add a few minutes of walking to your day?
