#TuesdayTips: Enjoy Life

Life is sometimes full of complications, drama, and even grief, so it’s important to enjoy life when possible. Finding moments of joy doesn’t mean denying less positive emotions or experiences. Much like the practice of yoga can help us maintain flexibility and recover faster from injury or illness, actively making a habit of positivity or optimism can help us get through the rougher times in life.
