It’s no secret that I’m a big fan of yoga props to enhance your practice (you can read past posts about it here and here). While you can do yoga with absolutely no props*, here is a quick overview of what I would recommend.
- *”Must” Have:
- A yoga mat or rug
- Strongly Recommended:
- 2 (not 1) yoga blocks
- Yoga strap or belt, although a non-stretchy belt or necktie will work too
- Yoga blanket
- Suggested if you like restorative yoga:
- Yoga bolster
