#TuesdayTip: Props

It’s no secret that I’m a big fan of yoga props to enhance your practice (you can read past posts about it here and here). While you can do yoga with absolutely no props*, here is a quick overview of what I would recommend.

  • *”Must” Have:
  • Strongly Recommended:
    • 2 (not 1) yoga blocks
  • Recommended:
    • Yoga strap or belt, although a non-stretchy belt or necktie will work too
    • Yoga blanket
  • Suggested if you like restorative yoga:
    • Yoga bolster
