Winter Yin & Yoga Nidra, 11:30am-12:45pm, Sunday, February 17

Winter is the most yin of all the seasons, when it is a time for slowing down, resting and preparing for the renewing energy of spring.  In this soothing practice using props, we will stimulate energy flow while focusing inward.  The practice will end with a yoga nidra session for deep relaxation. Yin Yoga for the Chakras, 10am-11:15am, Saturday, March 2

Each class will use the gentle, long-held poses of yin yoga to help balance and restore the subtle energy centers within the body.  Each class will focus on a different chakra or chakras. Take one or both for an investment of $15 each. At Yoga Balance. Call (765)775-5110 or register online here.
